The key to good Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah or Wedding event planning is be organized. We are offering free tools to help you plan your next event with the most ease possible.

A simple Excel spreadsheet workbook to help you plan out your next special event. We recommend use of this tool as follows. First, input all the guests into the 'Master List', and assign them tables. As they RSVP you can add that. This allows you to go to 'Data' -> 'Sort' and then sort by 'RSVP' then 'Table'. This should result in a list of people who are attending and where they are to be seated. Then copy the names of the people at a table, and go to the tab for the corresponding table. Paste the people into the 'Guest List' this should give you an idea of the layout for that table. Adjust people's seats as needed. Once you are happy with the table arrangement, we recommend, printing out each table and then laying out the papers in an arrangement that reflects the layout of the room. Ensuring people who don't get along won't be seated near each other while at different tables. This also lets you layout the room on paper in front of you, set up banquet tables, bouquets, decorations, and DJs.

Bar/Bat Mitzvah Time Table Tool

A check list of everything that needs to get done before your child's b'nai mitzvah. The most important feature of a planning timetable is to make you feel confident, avoiding that 'what did I forget?' feeling. Use the Planning Timetable as a guide, adding other items you know you'll need. When questions arise, figure more time than less, figure sooner than later. The last minute rush, in the last three weeks, has plenty for you to do even without tasks you could have done earlier. Also, Bar Mitzvah / Bat Mitzvah party planning is dependent somewhat on other parties and their schedules, so plan ahead to avoid potentially nerve-wracking time conflicts.

Wedding Time Table Tool

A check list of everything that should get done to ensure your wedding goes as smoothly as possible. There is so much to keep track of and plan that a check list helps you keep everything in order. We have a helpful template timeline for getting things done. Of course, we don't have all the details but enough to get you started. To avoid the last minute rush always plan for things to take longer than you expect. Expect things to get very hectic in the last six to eight weeks, so be sure to get as much done before then as possible. Always try to firm down plans dependent on people before close to the date to make sure your plans will work out.
